God it really does. How do you have yours routed?
Keep thinking I've come to the end of my tether and I'm going to sell it but don't want to give up!

Re: Virus Ti, Push and Live 9
Yes I think you're right. Have swapped Push to another port and seems better although i still have to have 'reduced latency when monitoring' on.
Any reason why that isn't a good idea?

Virus Ti, Push and Live 9
Hi, I'm having some problems with latency when using Push and Virus Ti Polar at the same time. There's no latency when hitting pads on Push until I put in the Virus Ti plug in in. As soon as its there theres latency when hitting Push. This latency goes if I turn on 'reduced latency when monitoring' ...

Re: Sound card advice for Use with Live 9 and Access Virus Ti
Hi, Sorry about late reply. I haven't used the virus with my current laptop but it definitely used to make a difference what my laptop was plugged in to and where with my last one. I think you'll be fine to use the Virus in the way you describe. I think its a case of adding too much into the system ...

Sound card advice for Use with Live 9 and Access Virus Ti
Hi, I would like to upgrade my audio interface and I've had variable success using the Virus Ti as my main sound card and problems using the Ti with my old Audio 1814 my way of lots of computer 'chatter' coming through my monitors. Can anyone suggest a really good, solid, low latency external soundc...

warping tracks to dj
Just curious what peoples feelings are about setting tracks up for warping in live to dj with. Let's say we're just talking about computer-produced regular house and techno tracks with no changing time signature. Do you use the auto-warp long samples setting or do you set up the markers manually. I ...

ok, not quite sure where the incest thread came from but back to impulse. I tried dropping one of Live's own kick samples on to an audio track and when I put a volume envelope on it and looped it I did indeed get a nasty high frequency artefact which I couldn't eq out. However when I popped the same...

Layering kick drums
I realise there's many ways to skin a cat but I'm after some advice on sorting out my kick. I'm constantly reading in mags about how layering up samples of kicks is the best way to get a decent kick (other than synthesis) and I've found some good articles on how to do it but it seems like such a mys...

Dj mix volume levels
Hi, What is actually happening when the master meters are turning red? If its only just going red am I going to get digital distortion? Should I really try to stay in the green at all times. Does the same apply for individual track levels. It's for a dj mix and I want it as loud as I can get it witho...

clip envelopes
Is it possible to 'play' in clip envelopes my midi knob movements on an external controller or by moving the control in livewith the mouse? I can only draw the envelopes in in the session view.
Is this normal?
Cheers

Dj'ing with Live 6- what to do with the warp markers?
Hi, Just started having a play around with Dj'ing with Live 6 but not quite sure what to do with the warp markers. Live seems to put them kind of mid way through the kick rather than at the start of the waveform. A mate told me I should find the first kick, zoom in to the start of the waveform, set ...
