I would assume strip silence is something that only makes sense in arrange view.

Complex and Complex Pro warping will alter the audio even if your recorded audio is at the same tempo as the project. All of the other warp modes are completely neutral as long as the audio file tempo is the same as the project.

I like it when doing mixdowns for clients, it cleans up all the dead space allowing me to get a better idea of someone else's arrangement. It might also help if you have a LOT of tracks and you're getting drop outs from your disk access being too slow.

You should dither when exporting the master, that should be all you need. If you're unsure of which dither to use, triangular is your best bet (it's what I use 95% of the time even though I have access to other dithering algorithms).

No issues here either, Live 11 runs the same as Live 10 on my system.

Are you using any M4L devices in the project?

The files you are trying to preview in the picture are grooves and not audio files, those cannot be previewed like you are expecting. They are timing files for altering MIDI data, and thus there is nothing to hear.

Otherwise if you have to have hardware, I think the MC707 or Octatrack are probably my favorite depending on if you prefer synthesis or sample based playing.

In theory, possibly. In use, probably not in any kind of meaningful way that anyone will ever be able to notice. If this is just a one time mistake, I really wouldn't worry about it all that much if it was me.
