Anyone else having this issue? Set sounds perfectly good, then I render and the first half a second (sometimes of just one track) is silent and then suddenly kicks in, like in the middle of a note or whatever. Pretty annoying.

btw docprosper, if you wanted to try it the way i did it, tapestop effect was an audio clip in complex pro mode, and transpose envelope going down about an octave

hooked from the first kick drum. i like that you introduce elements that go outside the box of the super minimal techno that the introductions to your pieces suggest to me. or maybe i'm just really out of touch with this scene these days. but great work either way.

definitely got the sonic youth thing down, mix is a bit tinny though

some great noises, especially the synth getting closer to the end, but i'd agree with the above in terms of structure. i know it's an improv and maybe that's all you want to go for but i feel like what you've got here could be tightened up and edited down into a great track.
