New single released!
Hi, released a new single this week, featuring our "casual belly" project. It's entirely programmed in ableton live with the built in instruments.

Re: Since yesterdays crash my live sets get audible glitches
I tried the same live set now in Tiger 10.4.11 with Live 8.2, and I still have audio pops/glitches (cpu load is about 67% in activity monitor). However, there is no audible glitches when I stop playback, as in Snow Leopard.
Maybe it could be the harddisk, or some hardware bus that was overheated ...

Since yesterdays crash my live sets get audible glitches
Hi,
I was playing a live set yesterday night which made the audio to completely freeze for some seconds, and then start again with a lot of glitches. During the audio breakdown I had locked the cpu to 2 GHz with coolbook, so I was worried that it could be some overheating problem, but the computer ...

Re: motu Ultralite-mk3 Hybrid problems
Cool, think I'll order an ultralite hybrid and sennheiser hd 25 II for gigs. With the ultralite it seems possible to use it as a standalone mixer, however I don't know how easy it is to fiddle with the levels using the lcd interface (when on stage especially).

Re: motu Ultralite-mk3 Hybrid problems
Do you experience problems in both windows and os x? I'm planning to buy this interface but I will use it in os x. Doesn't sound good with the build quality issues that you describe.

Re: Crossfeed for headphones (HRTF)?
Sorry, it's swedish. It's a headphone amplifier with an x-feed switch. With x-feed enabled the left channel mixes into the right channel and vice versa according to the "head related transfer function" (HRTF), which simulates the sound of a pair of speakers at a certain distance.

Crossfeed for headphones (HRTF)?
I want to have something like this http://www.holographicaudio.com/ear_one.html but in software. I've seen some plugins, but only redline monitor that works for os x, and then I thought of making it in maxforlive instead. However, before starting from scratch, maybe someone already have done this in ...

I want to consolidate clips in session view, any solution?
Hello, I have this problem now that the clips are too long after the freeze and flatten operation, and now I want to shorten them in order to be able to jam with loop length and so, but it seems to be impossible?
It's a lot of clips, it should be easier than having to copy each clip back and forth ...

Re: AbletoMix, m4l mixing patch for iphone/ipod using osc
I've updated my patch with visualization of audio levels and some other stuff, http://vimeo.com/8259860
it's almost ready for use but I really want to be able to move the start position, although it works if I don't click in the arrangement window

Re: The lack of a good, centralized M4L Community?
I think the importance of a forum for m4l is even greater than for live, and especially as the documentation is quite sparse. A good official forum will relieve the support forum at ableton a great deal as well.

Re: AbletoMix, m4l mixing patch for iphone/ipod using osc
cool! It's a pity though that the gui on touchosc is static, I'm thinking of starting an open source project for implementing a generative/scriptable interface for osc controls, anyone wants to join
