actually, yes.

REMOTE mode works, but there are slight issues.

1. you have to map the MIDI manually (obviously).

2. you have to make certain that the MIDI OUTPUT of LIVE is set to 01x in order for the 01x [the faders] to update automatically.

3. forget about using the Pan pots (on mine at least ...

that's all well and good, but it's only for Windows machines.
i use osx.

i've had erratic behavior with the 01x controlling Live.

for instance, after assigning the pan pots, turning the pan on the 01x causes the Pan pots of live's channels to jump to absolute positions, usually hard left and back to center.
in general i'm experiencing semi-adequate behavior...

any tips ...
