They must have all gone missing at the end of january! I have an ongoing case number, they e-mailed me loads of times throughout january with lots of suggestions, which didn't resolve my problem, and then they just vanished into thin air...... nothing, nada. Perhaps their system has become unstable....

Wondered if it was worth picking up or not? Amazon says it's a collection or essays from The Wire Magazine which adds weight to it I think.
