Hi!

How do I change the grid size in the note editor?
Now I am stuck on quarter notes when entering them manually...

Probably really simple but don't see it...

Are you using a hub + external monitor with your mac?

I use a macbook air M2.
Had a cheap Anker hub and had stranger flicker effects sometimes when loading more intensive AU's.
Just switched to a Sonnet Echo 20 dock and I don't seem to have any display issues anymore.

I hope a mod reads this.

Last tuesday I transferred my Push 2 and Live 11 suite license.
The Push 2 license was transferred immediately but the Live transfer needs to be confirmed by the servicedesk.
Which has not happened yet.
My buyer is getting really impatient. And I don't like this ...

My assumption is that it will not be perfect with windows 10.
There are changes in the way the p & e cores are used in Windows 11.

I suspect that Live will be dependent on how the OS uses the cores.

So I think that Live can only be optimised for W11 and that has not been done yet.

That 0.7 ms will probably be the latency that the AUDIO 8 block itself will add.
Not the roundtrip latency of the sound card.

Using a higher sample rate will decrease the latency but will strain the computer more.
So you could try to set Ableton to 176400 Hz (if you want to keep a multiple of 44.1 ...

5 ms is really nice.
Why do you suspect it is more?
You can measure it by playing a percussive hit and routing it back into the soundcard and recording it.
If it is not aligned properly then there you have the difference.

There usually is some sensitivity setting on your drumbrain.
I would look at that first.

There are 6 'inputs' to use with the VT-4

MIX (1–2) The sound of the LINE OUT jacks is input.
WET (3–4) The effect-processed sound is input.
DRY (5–6) The sound before being effect-processed is input.
