Quite often I'll need to send rough drafts to people and having to constantly run them through itunes is a ball ache.

Re: Mastering & Live Performance
Just go and learn clyphx, it's the best thing for clip based performances. Basically it let's you put settings in a clip name so when I launch this drum loop, I know it's going to launch with x effect settings and y mixer settings. And it's free. Monster.

Re: launchpad remote with multicolor feedback for the looper
Hi Daniel,
State is surprisingly easy to get feedback for, if you use m4l.api.deviceparamter, and point it at the loopers state parameter one of the outlets observes it, giving you a number 0-3, 0 being stop, 1 record, 2 play and 3 overdub. Then I guess you can use the select object to trigger ...

Hi, Chris Bartholomew here,
I've completely rewritten that patch about 4 times, and now have an akai mpd16 optimised version, glad somebody used it though!

Thanks a lot, I've found the process of reverse engineering other peoples' patches to be one of the hardest things in the world...

Re: AutoRec2
Fantastic concept, however, I think I'm going to add an option to global play instead of record, simply because I can automate ableton to record on start.
Thanks again,
and yes, pandora's box, yes.

Re: New Reverb Tutorial Video - Using Freeze to create builds.
I used this in a dj set on saturday night, using a wiimote to control mix and frequency, and a button to do a 1/4 gate effect. It looked so goddamn cool.
Thanks for going reasonably in depth in your video keith, it was really good to learn about the freeze function at last.

[Tutorial] Controlling Reason's Combinator from Ableton
I've been rewiring into ableton since I upgraded from 6LE, but for the life of me couldn't work out how to automate parameters in Reason (4) within Ableton.
Largely it works in the same way as the pitchbend/mod wheel information, it's just a case of finding the appropriate CC numbers.
