Hi I am currently looking at switching my setup to a Macbook Pro (already owned) for portability but would like to get a really decent monitor for the studio. The Macbook Pro has a HDMI port so I guess I could also consider a 4k TV for the purpose? This may be cheaper than going down the Thunderbolt...

Completely agree - I have Maschine studio and Push 1 - Maschine has done the slicing since it came out.

Only difference I can see is warping of long samples in Push 2

Anything else of advantage?

Whether Push 2 or Maschine you have to come out of both to get into arranging.....

Hi - I'm experiencing some difficulties using the Traktor S4's audio inputs effectively to route audio from the Korg Monotribe into Ableton. I've perservered with Ableton for a long time - but nothing beats Maschines all in one controller integration - I'm going completely down the Maschine route since 1.6 - its like a DAW now and the fact you can automate clips (Ableton we asked for this years ago!) means its just leapfrogged the compet...

Hi & thanks - think this is what the mixup is - I didn't mean automating eg just if I have drawn an volume pattern or similar in session clip to be able to copy same - I have to copy it from arrangement not session?
