Re: files corruption issues [track grouping corrupt]

We will examine your set and see if it can be fixed. Please remember to always make regular backups of...

Re: pitch bend envelope to ZERO please.
Hi jasper,
this is a known bug which is on our list of improvements.
As a workaround, you can press Cmd on Mac or Ctrl on PC to fine tune automation breakpoints while moving them.
Let me know if this does not work for you, either.
Best wishes,
Tobias

Re: [toh] Thanks for the good recovery after crashing.
Glad to hear that
And even though recovery worked so well for you, might I ask you to send your crashlog to bugs@ableton.com, referencing this thread? With your crashlog we can try to identify and fix the crash which occurred in the first place.
Thank you very much and best wishes,
Tobias

Re: um...beta: for sale?
Hi jasper, I am sorry to hear that Live crashes on your machine. This crashes may have numerous causes, some of which may be Live's fault, and some of which may be caused by other software or hardware problems. In any case it should not happen every 5 seconds. I would ask you to contact support@able...

Re: [toh] repeatable bug : copied clip loses its transients
Hi Angstrom,
we fixed a bug were transients were lost under circumstances similar to the ones you describe in the current beta.
May I ask you to check if your issues are resolved in the current beta?
Thanks a lot and best wishes,
Tobias

Hi StickPlayer,
I have merged your two threads. Please do not create a new thread when following up on an old one. This makes it hard for us trying to help you resolve your issue.
Thank you!

Re: There is not enoughmemory available. Please save your liveset
Hi girl next door, what version of Live do you use? Did you check if you can open your set with the latest version ? If you cannot open the set with the latest version of Live, please send the set (without samples) and your log file to support@ableton.com, preferably as a .zip attachment. Here's how...

Yes, this was fixed for 8.1.1 but somehow slipped through the changelog.

Hi 8O,
thanks for the report. We are aware of the issue about the duplicate implementation. So far, it does not seem to cause any problems (since the two implementations are in fact identical), but we will fix it in an upcoming release in any case.
Best wishes,
Tobias

Re: Clubs/venues in your city, smoke free (smoking banned)?
Well, before the smoking ban in Berlin, whenever I wanted to go out clubbing I had the choice between clubs which allow smoking and no club which does not allow smoking. Now with this half-hearted smoking ban I have the choice between no club which allows smoking and clubs which do not allow smoking...

Re: OS X 10.5.8 Repeated Kernel Panics, File Corruption
Oh, I see. Yours is Core-Xeon (where the fastest option indeed was 3.2 GHz) and not yet a Nehalem, as I thought before. Still, a very nice machine indeed :) About your kernel-panics: a wild guess from me would be that this is probably either driver or hardware related. I experienced a few kernel pan...

Hi androids,
to me this seems like an artifact of the complex warp mode when you increase the tempo by large amounts. Have you tried beats mode for this clip? In my experience, it sounds better than complex for drum samples.
