Hi I've already wrote about this problem. Some Files from Ableton 7 crash on Ableton 8 since Version 8.0.0. ! I've already send an exampletrack to support@ableton.com to check out the Problem but the Bug is'nt fixed yet. i can open the file without trouble on Version 7.0.12 but even on Version 8.0.8...

should have an option to rotate my enveloop horizontal or vertical.

Enveloops (curved) would help a lot ! You could use your "selection points" you already have in ableton on that red line and then "rightclick" opens a new feature "in curve" which sets my automation-lines to automation-curves. That should added on Ableton's next update ...

i think, i have found the trouble with crashing or its maybe another bug... if you set the groove to exsample 16steps groove and change ALL clips in the song to this groove, ableton crash. after this its not possible to load the song again. ah and ps: i won't merge my accounts with the forum. we hav...

I agree... Curves for Automations would be nice. Same for Velocity would be nice too... And a "COPY VELOCITY" would be nice too to copy velocity settings to another clip
