I have been a long time Ableton registered user, but for technical reasons I stopped using it years ago before version 7 came out.
Now, I need to revisit some work I did in Live 6 and was wondering about this and I'm truly sorry if this information has already been posted but my searching ...

I cannot reproduce this with Live 5.2b3. In only get it in Live 5.0.3.

In Live 5.0.3 I exported a MIDI clip via (right mouse click) context menu and the afterwards the menu was grayed out. But this does not happen for me in Live 5.2b3.

So maybe I missed something, what exactly you do ...
