Re: What kind of keyboard do you suggest?
Upgrade to live 8 and get one of the V3 M-Audio Oxygens. Honestly, instead of gear lusting, buy something cheap and learn live well. The oxygens come with direct link which is actually not bad at all. 8, knobs, 8 faders and 49 keys. The knobs will map up to the ableton live instruments nicely as the...

Re: SKIBEATZ USING ABLETON WITH THE MASCHINE!!
Man! I thought this was a great tip. I did not know how to do this, good vid. And if this is ski, your website link is broken and the tutorial on how to sample using warping was a huge improvement to my work flow.

Wrong Turn - electronica
Hard driving and a few dirty synths. Pretty simple song with some gritty fills. Idea came from a fun little snare pattern.

Re: Dubstep (no wobble)
Thanks for the feedback guys. I couldn't really place this song, it wasn't two step or garage, and its a bit housy, but the snares are off and the bass line isn't exactly on tempo so I called it dubstep, but I know what you are saying. It wasn't really suppose to have much of a build, but really a m...

Dubstep (no wobble)
No wobble, I've been listening to a lot of Kode9 and Scuba, and while I've got nothing on them, I really love their producing styles.
Edit: sorry I posted before the link was even ready.

Re: Dubstep inspired Track - Feedback Appreciated
Really enjoyed this track. I thought you did a good job of incorporating swells and builds, and I thought your transitions were fluid. The ending is too soon I wanted more!

Shrapnel - heavy dupstep
Ok so started out with intentions of dubstep, messed around with a massive wobble patch and ended up with something a bit heavier. EIC strings starts the build around 2 minutes. You can probably guess what drums I've been chopping for this track. Hope you like it. http://soundcloud.com/brassfist/shr...

Re: Dough Head - Dubstep
Thanks tiennon, I split the bass up into 3 tracks and when the lead comes in I just wiped out the high end of the bass, so I'll EQ the lead and the high end wobble down a bit.
