I bought and registered Sampletank in 2006. I want to sell it. IK charges $50 as a "license transfer fee." To me, that is insane. Oh, let me sell my car. Better give Nissan additional money to allow me to sell WHAT'S MINE. Ugh. Needless to say, I will never buy another IK product again.

What are the advantages/disadvantages (if any) to using either core audio or ASIO in current machines? The most recent topic on the post I found was from 2005.
