I think that volume modulation over the course of an arrangement can be a good complement to careful EQing. To be specific, lowering the volume of elements to make room for more important elements at that point in your song. I like when music is dynamic in terms of its instrument volumes.

Did you hit the Save button for the clip? Its in the clip view towards the top left (little disk icon). This should create an .asd (analysis file) for the clip which saves warping information.

Beattender, I was feeling this track from the beginning...beautiful and twisted in a way. As per the drums I would, hate to say this, totally scrap them. The sequences are great. Its more the sounds themselves. I would keep the sequences and swap out the sounds for something more lo-fi, subtle, glit...
