Re: Proper old school house shenanigans

this is absolutey brilliant. had it on in the car after a gig, perfect 3am driving music. excellent flow and transitions, can't rate it enough really!! thanks!

you're right, a lot of it does sound contemporary, timeless really.

any more?

it is a shame, but to fair all their recent stuff has been at best mediocre, they just didn't keep up with the times. loved their older stuff but always a label that kinda stayed in the background. this is not a nail in the coffin for house music, this is a nail in the coffin for NRK house music, wh...

you know what? i play with serato, but always bring a few of the latest (real) records along to a gig, just so much more fun mixing it and people love to see you play vinyl.

vinyl has been around longer than most of our grandparents, what makes you thinks its just going to die! sales are up and people have a special place in the hearts for a fat shiny slab of vinyl. you cannot beat the quality on big systems either, its unique and will be here for eternity.

Re: Live8 - New GUI? A symbol of stagnancy!

For me is the fact that Ableton did not change anything of the GUI the symbol that they stopped being innovative und pushing things further. Stagnancy at its best. All new features being implemented are requested for years now. Other DAWs supported such features since a long time - it seems that ma...

bush cost america its credibillity, the very fact that a monkey like him could get into power makes a mockery of the entire country. a very dark time in its history, but thankfully its on the mend.

I am running the 32 bit version. I have used Live, Fl studio, Reason, Audacity, and other non-music apps. This is the fastest OS from Windows I have ever used.
