.blacktunic - 1ne EP on Bandcamp!

Hi there, This is my first independent release, and first music release overall since 2008. .blacktunic functions like a box where I throw in music styles that I love and that I'm very much influence by. This first release, 1ne, is a electro- and techno-like EP with a 90s vibe to it, but really retr...

Re: any one have issues with the drum pads getting stuck?

I have experienced this issue here and there as well, and it seems that closing live and disconnecting Push did the trick. Last night, a whole row of pads were behaving badly.

A cool! That did it. I was searching the help page with the wrong search query.

Thanks!

Moving knobs and sliders jump to min/max values

Hello there, I sent support an email but I want to bring this up in here to see anyone else is suffering from this. I recently installed Live 9.6 on a new laptop. Now every time I move a knob, slider, automation point, envelope point on a native Live instrument (Analog, Operator, etc.), MIDI keyboar...

Re: Push 2 and Windows 7

The new Push 2 display stuff is made with Qt and the QML framework. I wonder if there is a missing dependency that Ableton needs to address.

Then again, as I mentioned earlier, my stuff started to work after I updated Windows 7 with the latest and greatest, and it is still working properly.

Re: Push 2 and Windows 7

Aside from completely upgrading my Windows 7 with the latest patches, I also made some changes to the system services I had disabled in the past. I basically followed the guides from the Black Viper website and made sure I had the services running that the website labeled as 'safe' for Windows 7. Ma...

Re: Push 2 and Windows 7

I'm having a similar problem with my Push 2, the LCD screen doesn't display anything, it only displays the logo while everything else functions correctly (knobs, pads, buttons).. Could it possibly be the driver is reading my old Push? I don't think it had anything to do with the Push 1 driver. Alth...

Re: Push 2 and Windows 7

@ark: thanks for that. Actually I was uninstalling the two drivers in 'safe mode', and later I found a batch script that did the same as you pointed out. Well, like I mentioned earlier, my Windows 7 had not been updated for quite some time. It was kind of a pain to get it up to speed as there were s...

Re: Push 2: Is it possible to copy and paste notes?

To add to that, it would be great to move notes vertically and horizontally in Push, different from the "nudge" feature. Maybe something like press and hold a note, then use the "Page" and "Octave" buttons to shift left/right, up/down. This plus the copy paste suggested...

Re: Push 2 and Windows 7

@login: I've a tried combinations of that to no avail.
@ark: Push 2 has been plugged in to the wall the whole time.

My Windows 7 hasn't been updated in ages (since 2010), so I'm going through the necessary updates to see if that helps.

Push 2 and Windows 7

Has anyone been able to run Push 2 on Windows 7? I already email support but I want to see if anyone here can help in the mean time. I got my Push 2 yesterday and I haven't been able to use it at all. At first I was having issues installing the the correct drivers. It was installing the generic MIDI...

Re: about Choke Group in a Drum Rack? Impulse vs Simpler

Aha!!!! I got it!!!! Turns out the Drum Rack choke groups send a MIDI CC 120 message to all MIDI instruments in within that group. In one of my cases, KarmaFX doesn't seem to recognize CC 120 "All Sound Off", but it does recognize CC 123 "All Notes Off". I created a simple M4L MI...

Re: Can you choke Drumsynth?

I just encountered this issue with Operators and KarmaFX: viewtopic.php?p=1675205#p1675205

I have no idea what the wrong combination of instruments to choke groups is, but from what I've seen, only Simplers and Samplers choke properly.

Re: about Choke Group in a Drum Rack? Impulse vs Simpler

I'm gonna have to bump this thread because I'm having the exact same issue, but with different instruments. Here's what's up: I have a Drum Rack, and in it I have one Operator in cell C1 and another in D1. Both Operator produce distinct sounds with long release (in my case I'm the "Polar Pad&qu...
