of what I know

1st there is Spectrasonics Vocal Planet which AKAI CDs, convertible to any sampler format with CDeXtract and similar

and 2nd there are Tonehammer: Forgotten Voices series, which are Kontakt based, but basicly could be used like as separate wavs
