Drop the spectrum on the individual track?

I'm also noticing this problem from third party vendors.

No matter where I install to, there are no available packs in the correct section within the browser.

You can use automation on the master channel. Drop a delay on it and automate when you want the effect

If you set Ableton to run at 24bit and you run files other than 24bit, the computer will have to convert the files to 24bit in real time. This is not a lot, but it all adds up. Its better to have them ALL at 24bit before you start.

Another vote for the Novation. I also had the MPK49 first and returned it within the first week. The faders dont follow what is happening on the screen, you have to select the bank buttons (ABC). Sounds like you don't have the Editor Librarian software and the MIDI tools installed?

In Windows 7, go to control panel > Sound > Select your device > Click properties > go to the Advanced tab > Un tick 'Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device'

See how you get on with that
