if it sounds good then use it, ive never tuned to key, ive turned the knob until its sound right, might no be in the same key though......

Sounds like the delay is the out put of the soundcard as well as the monitor, you can mute the soundcard return from the software that came with it

I agree with Radio Arcade. I was a strictly Vinyl DJ for close to 10 years before I added Serato. I notice no difference. When you guys speak of feel, do you mean the sound or how it actually feels on your hands?? Ive djd for 15 years and things like traktor/serato feels the exact same to me as your are using to vinyls! and Ive never noticed latency. It obviously sounds differnt as its digital files like you would play...

I use my 13" mac for live performace/production. I think 13 & 15 are both too small for production but I like the smaller for gigging/on the road as all I need is session with 10 channels. I took the few hundred I saved on the smaller mac and bought a 24" monitor to compliment it when ...

what does your dithering??
Is it the host app ie ableton/logic etc or the last device on the chain like ozone/limiter??
And are the different dithering modes in ableton better for particular styles or purley subjective?
