Hi Forum,
Ive just burned 3 days trying to learn basics of max for live programming syntax primarily for jitter capability,
to sync video with audio during live sets. A stripped down Live 8.2.8 set running on Windows 7 64bit with minimal outboard had been pretty stable for audio only. (see my other ...

Re:. 'out of memory'
I got a helpful reply from support on the subject;
thanks for sending us your crash report and sorry to hear that Live causes problems for you.
We know well about Live's out of memory behavior. Live can use up to 4 GB of memory on 64 bit systems, but doesn't know how much of this memory is already ...

Re: Arrange view locators control and looping between locators?
Good Question. I want to do this to help smooth transitions between session where all the improvisation is, back to arrangement where the structure is, and i dont want to find myself in the middle of the next song arrangement wise

Re: Live no longer stable . 'out of memory' issue outstanding
I am drawing the following conclusion from my 3 month burnin of Ableton live 8.2.1 on Win 7 64 bit ;
It is neither more or less stable on win7 74 bit than win xp.
It is not a suitable package for orchestration / use with large sample libraries such as:
Native instrument reactor - (unstable on win ...
