You mean waves renaisance verb?
AFAIK that cannot do a long build up style reverse reverb - ie what you would get if you grab a sample, reverse it, stick a 10 second reverb tail on it, bounce and reverse the bounce, then line it up properly.
It has what? -160ms predelay - enough to get a 1 ...

All headphones are hyped !!! Especially in the low end and around 10 Khz.
I have Senn HD650s ans they are the most comfortable cans i have. Any closed back headphone is going to give you sore ears after a couple of hours of continuous use.

In my limited experience with mixing vocals it's one of the few instruments that really benefit from deadly amounts of compression.
There are probably vocalists who don't need much because they have vast experience with the mic they're using etc. but I haven't worked with them.

Hi Medora. I saw your post on quite a few other forums so I will only comment here. This is a very nice tune and I am always pleased when artist actually have vocals and a truely complete composition. You have some serious mixing issues though and the first thing that comes to mind is essing on the ...

I'd suggest maybe some repitched, short delay feedback?
Either with Grain Delay you can set the delay amount to very low ms. and the pitch just slightly lower than 0. feedback nice and high. and adjust dry/wet to taste.
