Has anyone written a max patch that will do this for various scales? I was thinking of writing one but I figure someone else has probably already made it.

Thanks for posting this. I had the same problem.

I installed this using the manual installation method under 10.6.3 but skipped installing python and everything worked just fine. Is the python installation really necessary?

I had this happen to me too. I sent in another snapshot.

Along the same lines I saved and it did not pop up a "saving will stop the audio" box and parts of the song dropped out while it was saving.

Select the blank 2 min and hit cnrtl-shift-x or in the edit menu select "cut time"

They do come with just the simpler presets also, no instrument rack. They don't appear in the plug in menu in live, but you can put them there. After installation they are in the library under /samples/waveforms/

Nice catch. Its an extra 10Mb this time too.
