I grabbed it last night and couldn't immediately find anything different with it. It still takes almost a minute for live to launch on my macbook. Hopefully they'll post some release notes soon.

looking for more in/outs for upgrading....dont want to be limited, plus I have all those plug ins offered.
You really don't want to simultaneously process all those inputs over a USB interface, because you will most likely run into latency issues that will quickly turn your hardware joy into a ...

Created instrument rack presets where I can load 128 kicks into sampler and switch between em using a macro. Did this for a few of the sample libraries I own, and now I can toss em into a drum rack for easy sample mixing and matching.

NI Pro-53 or Massive. Novation BassStation is straightforward and easy to use too, and usually comes free with most Novation hardware.
