I rely on ableton as my primary creative tool. I have been using it since V3, and, while I know this may be an exception to your primary user base, I feel that changelogs help inform my decisions on which version to download and continue to use.

OK, my complicated sessions, even without plugins, crash live repeatedly and do not load. I have sent log file. no response. This is an unusual one from you all at ableton, have to admit.
I am mac pro quad intel 8 gigs ram. I am having to stick with 8.04 for now.

A little response from ableton ...

8.1 Crashes my more complicated sessions upon launch. I have sent a message to support. However, even after removing all midi instruments and 3rd party plugins, the session still won't launch.
Anyone else having this problem? It works perfectly in 8.04

Hi,
I am mac osx 10.5.6 and NI Reaktor VST is preventing me from loading Live 8.02. AU also crashes live, but can load.
After removing the Reaktor plugs, i can load live. Is there a fix in order for this, and is anyone else having this problem.
It worked in 8.01
