You don't warp your tracks to a specific BPM. You warp your tracks so that Live knows the BPM of each track. Then when you play them, they will play in time automatically.

If Live is not able to see Reason via Rewire, then make sure that you are running both programs as either 32 bit or 64 bit. If they are not the same, then Rewire won't work. Try recording out onto a cassette deck, and then record the tape back into Live. It will add some nice tape saturation.
