Re: One of the Greatest Rants EVER!!!!!

My take, it's kinda TNC. With a good dose of truth. Autotune is the worst thing that has ever happened to music. And it's fucking everywhere. Cuntry, poop, rap (I mean, mumbling into microphones) "metal" (loosely applied here) and everything in between. I'm fine with a "polished"...

Re: studio monitoring speakers

If you're serious about this, then spending as much time saving and researching what is out there will do you more good than rushing to get a pair of monitors now.

Re: OS X YOSEMITE compatibility with Live 9

off topic, but.... ANOTHER FU...ING osx update? I don't mean this as a bashing of apple or users but it's just not safe to keep up with the jones's in the mac osx world. Apple has always updated the OS this often. Just Apple like to give it a silly name and over-market it, never quite sure why to b...

Re: Whats your take on this EDM sub-genre chart?

EDM is often referred to as a modern genre of dance music. A number of the genres listed are not entirely electronic, in the case of Dub, its not electronic music (Unless we want to get ultra pedantic). Jungle and D&B shouldn't be separated like that either. Industrial is not dance music. And si...

Re: Vibration pads for monitors, correct positioning, etc...

If they are vibrating my desktop then some of that vibration could feedback to the speaker causing it to distort the signal, maybe making it muddy, maybe killing of some of the bandwith. Sound is vibration though (Not an accurate description). If the speaker is capable of moving, then it will disto...
