So far I haven't, but it shouldn't be a lot of work to add this to the current set of plugins. They are open source of course, so feel free to participate, but I might add this myself in the near future.

Did you try enabling the patcher inspector's setting 'Open in Presentation'? To open the patcher inspector, right-click on the background of you patch and select Patcher Inspector.
