hey everyone anyone know of a good VST or Reaktor ensemble or preset or whatever to use in Ableton if I wanted a General-MIDI-sounding orchestra/strings? Didn't really dig the Apple DLS sounds they have so I'm trying to find alternatives....Maybe I'm not using the right DLS presets? anyway, I'm tryi...

I was wondering about the said subject above because I want to be able to select a sample clip and cut it into an equal amount of bars/measures without having to do cut each spot individually. Is there a tool or hotkey that does that in Ableton?

seriously! I feel like we should be getting some sort of deal or even get max for live for free because we still had to pay almost the exact same amount for Live Suite back then so I feel like we should be entitled to the same benefits...

I was wondering if Live actually used more than 4 processors when multicore/multiprocessor support is turned on because I've read that most DAW's don't even support anything higher than a quad core system... And if does support more than quadcore, how much of a difference in performance is there?
