Yeah I'm having the same problem– it's authorizing everything but MFL (despite "Max For Live (Beta)" being listed under "Live 8 (Beta)"). Perhaps this is because I participated in the original Live 8 beta as well?

What latency do you get at 100 samples (for in/ out / both)? Depends on the sample rate- latency in samples / sample rate = latency in seconds. So for 44100, that would be 2.26ms.
