What OS are you using?
I'm using a DSP Factory under Win XP and I can get it to record with no problems even at the lowest buffer settings.
Try getting the latest drivers at XGFactory.com.
I use the ASIO 32 driver and have no problems, except for the DSP Factory outputs not starting up when Live ...
