I just downloaded this Fxpansion's Guru thing.

OK, after 2 minutes I know how to make simpe beats but the question is: How to make slices from the audio file and map them to my keyboard?

I don't want to cut the rest.

Just make slices from whole the sample and have It on my keyboard or pad. Just to be able to play those slices. Like on mpc.
