You could use ableton itself if you want time stretched samples given that this is essentially what ableton does... Just sample the note you want as an audio clip in live. Warp the clip and put it into complex pro mode. Then adjust the volume envelope to taste and use an unlinked transpose envelope ...

Go to export audio (under the file menu on a mac, guess it'd be the same on PC?) and tick loop optimize. That should solve your problems.
