Re: how to listen / play from one marker to the next ?

I would really like to know from someone at ableton if it's even possible you can be sure it is possible. and it's quite easy to put into practice. they don't need to program a new instrument, nor an extra algo. it's just a simple funktion. don't worry 'bout the board-spamers. really, i've been sur...

Re: play slice / play from marker to marker / play selection

hi dna, (direct note access?;-) this board is overloaded with "producer" newbees. they started with live, and they will end with live, happiely. they get fast and easy results with some playing around. they don't want to care about basic work. they like it to be done automatically by LIVE....

Re: how to listen / play from one marker to the next ?

you can edit start/end points AFTER using 'slice to midi' that is for the audio only. the midi file will stay the same. and so the audio won't fit anymore with the midi groove. are you familiar with session view session view is step 2. the problem is still step 1. first the basics. then the arrange...

Re: how to listen / play from one marker to the next ?

no, tone def. i didn't say i'm using live since 6 years. but i am monitoring it since version 1 and now they started to integrate the features that i was asking for about 6 years ago. live is a good idea, but still not working exactly enough for using it for professional production. live was meant t...
