@Slothmusic can you explain what you did to make the NI GUIs display properly as I have the same issue. They are fine in Reaper but not Ableton

Possibly if you were able to reverse engineer the scripts that it generates. But its real purpose is to provide script control to surfaces that don't have them.

Have a look for the FL Studio ASIO driver. Its the FL Studio of ASIO4ALL and I use it on my laptop instead of ASIO4ALL as it shares the audio nicely

Can’t help but wanted to say stick with it as the result is amazing. I have a 2011 mbp and putting a 1 TB ssd has made it better than new

Older versions of Live used to allow undo of rec quantize - not sure when they ditched that.

I've had a great time using Ableton for developing and producing acoustic/electric rock for the last 10 or so years.

I use the session view to develop ideas and the arrangement view to build song structure.

I do hope they further refine the arrangement view with comping and track hiding, but ...
