I dont trust time machine. I prefer to clone the drive as u can boot from it and test the integrity What do you use for that? On PC, I have a pretty reliable program for that (called ShadowProtect), I just haven't found on Mac side yet. That's a pretty significant feature missing in TM indeed. My T...

Ah, yes TM, for the most part I agree completely, very useful tool indeed. When you do system recovery from TM though, depending on the size of your recovery, it may take a while. I don't use Cubase because they require a dongle. As a paying customer of the software, I feel I should not have to purchase another HW just to prove to the company that I just gave them $$. Finding a way to protect yourself from piracy? Fine, but please don't do that by forcing the paying customers...
