there is definitely a problem here. touch automation doesn't seem to work at all in the latest version.

file management > manage set > locate missing samples

the automatic search should search the song folder before the main library, otherwise it takes years to locate some samples that are part of the same project. you can of course disable the automatic search from doing a full rescan but even when ...

the fabfilter timeless plugin is also amazing

yeah.. that's one way of doing it..

live's sampler instrument has great sound design options with it's osc and aux modulations and filters, the only problem i have with it is unlike the simpler, i can't seem to find any way of automating the samplestart.

i'd buy it if you could automate the sample start

seems to be missing..
correct me if i'm wrong..

there are workarounds but the fact that a EUR 169 sampler lacks a basic feature such as found in the simpler..

that's not right is it?
