if you are mastering yourself anf have enough CPU power for Mastering VST plugins, than CERTAINLY bounce after.
Else you would habe to bounce twice. Each bouncing has the danger to loose some quality.
At least be shure that you do not apply dithering twice, but only in the final bouncing of the ...

Behringer BCF2000 simply does not work adter sending sysex. i does not send any midi data or recieves them.
however my BCR2000 works as it should...
