Re: Same sample speed while changing keys (chromatic on the MPC)

im pretty sure the mpc does not retain the sample length when using the 16 levels. unless you use a patched phrase on the newer mpc's. all timestretching is done offline with the older boys.

Re: How solid is Live8 for you?

its not possible to gauge a decent result with 3 poll options, when the number of different setups and configs runs into the 1000's.

OSX or PC

snow leopard or leopard

native or 3rd party plugs, your sound drivers & hardware, usb peripherals, etc, what other software may be conflicting.

Re: 8.1.1 Unstable?

not a single crash here ( osx10.5.8 ), just weird behaviour like a sluggish interface and some bugs with drumsracks, all fixed in 8.1.1 for me. :) very happy.

Re: Live 8.1.1 : much better, thank you dev team :-)

yes, i've noticed that the interface has speed up now. Seems to be alot more fluid like you mentioned. I havent experienced any crashes yet only weird bugs, it's seems to be "plugins" that are causing the major headaches for some users. thank god for tangible instruments.
