So i just updated to 8.1 from 8.0.5 and found this bug that was putting a major wrench in my work flow.
Drag an audio clip into arrange mode, duplicate it a few times and create fades on either end of the clips (not crossfades, just in/out fades using the clip fade feature)
Now copy that group of ...

WOW just got this working finally!
some things to note... make sure your pads are set to the correct midi notes that LIVE is outputting back to the LPD8... mine werent and so they werent lighting up.
i also have to .00120 or whatever firmware (some people have firmware with 13 in it) and it works ...

Has anyone compared the previous AKAI pads with an LPD8? I don't see any problem with it compared to a trigger finger and nanoPAD I've used but I'm not too picky about velocity sensitivity anyways, does the LPD8 need this mod or has AKAI caught on with this one?
