...that the EQ is "Linear" Recently I saved a eq8 preset where all gains are left to zero. This preset did not color the sound, is extremely transparent and totally linear. I named it placeboEQ. :wink: very zen... btw..it can't be a placebo if it's named like that... F..., you are right. ...

Summing and SRC are technically totally different things. (and SRC is much more complex than pure summing). Could you describe the difference which I should hear in terms of quality please? Very simple... It is cleaner/less fuzzy in low end and more detailed in high frequency. Distortion is smoother and not close to the grainy export from Live. I don't know what monitors you use, but I use Yamaha HS80's ...
