Hello! Indeed Retro Synths does not include the partials library. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I will investigate. Can you tell me which version of Clapbox are you using? It was recently updated.

Whether that will make a difference I can't say as it sounds like a bug. But perhaps in the meantime, the updated version's samples will allow you to collect and save.
