I have a quicktime video of a woman running. It is a 3 second loop. I have a piece of audio that has a drum beat to it. I pulled both into Apple Soundtrack and I timestretch the audio so the drumbeat matches her footsteps - (I have to make her footstep and the music sync in time.)Now I have 2 loops ...

Double Click on Stop to bring clip back to beginning doesnt.
work. Anyone had this issue. Supposedly double clicking on the stop button will take the clip play head back to the beginning. Am i missing something. Its live 5 with mac OS 10.2.8. It has worked in the past but I cant get it to work anymore....couldnt find it in the prefs either. Maybe Ill try ...

ok duhh, I got it...instead of double clicking the effect to add it or dropping it in the bottom area I was dragging and dropping it into the top of the return channel...and then it wasnt working.
So i guess it doesnt look like you really need to reassign your audio to and from to set up a return ...

I have only recently switched from Digital Performer to Live....and now my world of recording if finally perfect. Ableton Live:
-has a VERY high fun factor compared to many other DAWs
- is VERY quick and easy to learn
-has a great interface that is not hampered by loads of crap unlike so many DAWs ...
