Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'm completely ignorant on the options in Max for Live.
l started reading the tutorial and it focused more on sound & midi manipulation. I'll keep reading. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to print a scene list from a project in Ableton?

There's probably a better way, but I just create a new project and put my sampled instrument there and save and collect all.

in midi preferences select enable remote for Axiom controller.

I have over 250 songs in my project file. I gig with it every week (2 -5 gigs) without a problem. It's the only program that will do what I need.

No issues w/MacBook 15" i7 4 core. Love it.
