Anybody having troubles logging into their account on the main Ableton.com website?(solved)
I'm setting up a different computer and tried to login this morning to download Ableton Live and packs. Couldn't login. Thought maybe I changed my password because it's been a while. Submitted password reset but I'm not getting any emails (spam folder checked) to reset my password and I can't login ...

Re: CV Tools - Ultralite High output
If you're really concerned you should measure the output on the end of a 1/4 inch cable with a multimeter. A multimeter is a very useful device to have around. If yo don't have one you should get one. I have an older MOTU Ultralite and I know that you can adjust the gain for each channel from the fr...

Re: How to use QuNexus to control Ableton Live
If the ports aren't showing up that means that your computer is not seeing the device. Are there drivers that you need to install for the QuNexus? I'd check to see if it's showing up as a device on your computer first and install or re-install the drivers. Once your device shows up on your computer ...

Re: Taking control of Push 2 display and mimicking filter curves(WIP)
I don't own a Push anymore but it's quite interesting. How's the drawing made ? I didn't share the patcher because it requires a bit of setup to make it work and I'm not ready to put it all out there yet (still working out some kinks and bugs). But, if you look at the patcher image I shared there a...

Taking control of Push 2 display and mimicking filter curves(WIP)
I haven't seen a lot of people working on taking control of the push display for custom devices. I've been working on a patch on and off. I'm using push.imp to take control of the display in conjunction with a script that kills the display process and grabs the control of it before Ableton can take ...

Ableton Analog Tips
Sometimes I like to go back to the basics and only use Ableton Plugins for a track. When I need some "Analog" synth sounds Analog would seem to be the first choice right? I usually struggle a little getting it to sound good and then I remember a couple of important things about Analog whic...

Re: Session view: scenes programming (instead of arrangement view)
I work in a similar fashion but I end in arrangement view. The fastest tracks (and some of the better ones I've done) have been to start in Session view and create tons of different parts, keeping the garbage too. I then arrange scenes into a rough sort of song where I can move scene to scene and pl...

Re: Helpful Max For Live Information.
Don't blindly believe the Live Object Model because it contains a lot of undocumented and hidden features. Instead, use a device such as my LOM.Navigator ... Your device along with Live.API_Explorer and LiveAPI-Interactive were the most helpful to me when it came to understanding the Live Object Mo...

Re: Live 10.1 M4L LFO waveform(jit.pwindow) causing lag OSX 10.14.6
For reference: This is the Display port adapter that worked with my 2016 MacBook Pro https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073STSPPN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 All USB C to HDMI adapters (including official Apple one) were causing lag when using a jit.pwindow that was renderin...

Re: Live 10.1 M4L LFO waveform(jit.pwindow) causing lag OSX 10.14.6
Swapping to a USB C to DisplayPort adapter instead of USB C to HDMI has fixed the issue :/ Sucky... Now I have to buy an extra one for my music room :/

Re: Live 10.1 M4L LFO waveform(jit.pwindow) causing lag OSX 10.14.6
It seems to be related to using an external display...
If I only use the laptop display the lagging stops. I've tried multiple USB C (to HDMI) adapters including the official Apple HDMI adapter and the problem persists.

Anybody else having this issue? Live 10.1 OS 10.14.6 2016 MacBook Pro 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 Radeon Pro 460 4 GB Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB Max 8.0.8 (happened on previous version too).
