Thanks for the reply. I actually have 3 gig of RAM in my P4 3.2 PC and the problems begins with no instruments loaded. Also, the audio all plays just fine, it's just that when alt+tabbing to Live, it switches but you can click anything for like 5-10 seconds. SWitching back to Cubase, is instant ...

I have had Live 4 for years and used it regularly as a Rewired slave to Cubase SX. I finally downloaded Live 8.0.4 and really like it. It is the trial but it says it's the full blown version. My issue is speed. I alt+tab between Live and Cubase all the time and Live 4 was fine. Well ...
