some VST's do have a setting to output the generated notes as MIDI. I know this is possible with audiorealism bassline. not sure about any other VST's though

This is really killing me. I've had the maschine for about a week and i'm stunned there is not a way of doing this. totally kills the way i want to work with it.

Struggling to get this workaround to work. I've downloaded the kits that have been changed by the user on the NI forum.
