Just consolidate the file in session or arrange view, the key command is CMD+J (CTRL+J on Windows). Very simple. - Unfortunately your suggestion does not seem to help. One is not able to consolidate a single audio clip in Session view, since there is nothing to consolidate and the function is dimme...

Thanks for your reply Small Critters - True, I need to have the clip active and not only that but warp and loop buttons must be activated also, in the clip view - This is really weird, why can't I just export audio as is, without it being warped and looped. It would be very nice to have a normalize ...

Ok I have the same problem - I've recorded a audio clip and I need to normalize it, so I press cmd + shit + r, the export-window pops up and I set the correct channel, length and so forth - Still it renders a blank file. Please refer to my screenshot for more details. By the way - Why is Live missin...

I think it's a perfectly valid question. I for one upgraded from osx 1.5.8 to 1.6.3, only to find that midi sync didn't work as well as it previously did (drifting, out of sync issues). I found that switching off Delay Compensation made it better.
