I just called Ableton support about this as well. As it is right now, I have to route a separate midi/audio track every time I would like to setup a new sidechain. Yes, I can group ALL the tracks and then apply the compressor to the group, but that requires me to group tracks that I don't want ...

So I usually put my drums in with with Accent turned on, but I'm now noticing if I want to edit the velocity of a single drum note I need to turn OFF accent to do that. Is this normal? This should be changed!!

I figured it out. Apparently, I had to turn off and back on the remote midi port. Has been bugging me for a week.

I am using push with 1/8 note repeat on. It works for about the first 4 bars and then it starts adding 4 bars worth of 16/th notes under my melody. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

two questions..

first, can i change the quantization to 1/64?

second, is a clip launch question...

i would like my clips to sync with eachother... like if i fire a clip 1/4 off, it should wait 1/4 and then launch.

i went into options -> clip launch... but i could not get it to work.
