If you only have 4GB RAM there's not much point using 64 bit Windows. Also, I've had a few problems with drivers and audio software on Win 7 64, so I would stick to 32 bit until the support gets better.

Now that W7 has been around for a while, most of my driver issues have been solved. The only outstanding issues I have are:

Rewiring Ableton to Reason doesn't work (64 bit or 32 bit, YMMV). I blame Propellerheads for this, not Ableton.
Drivers for my Xone 4D are still sketchy on 32 bit apps running ...
