I have a MK3. It sounds great, and the drivers (on Windows at least) are stable and fast. The only issue I have is the routing software, which I find really confusing to use. If you only have 4GB RAM there's not much point using 64 bit Windows. Also, I've had a few problems with drivers and audio software on Win 7 64, so I would stick to 32 bit until the support gets better.

Now that W7 has been around for a while, most of my driver issues have been solved. The only outstanding issues I have are:

Rewiring Ableton to Reason doesn't work (64 bit or 32 bit, YMMV). I blame Propellerheads for this, not Ableton.
Drivers for my Xone 4D are still sketchy on 32 bit apps running ...

Live + Reason + Windows 7 = crash?

Hi,

I've tried Rewiring Live 8.04 and Reason 3.04 on two different PCs - Live crashes on both, as soon as Reason is launched. Has anyone else had success with this setup? I have tried 32 and 64 bit flavours of windows, and several different compatibility modes. I suspect Rewire itself may be the ...
